What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Barr Residential and Development?
Apartment complex with 311 units is looking for a full time maintenance technician. The job duties would include but not be limited to:
- Unit turns
- Plumbing repair
- Sheetrock repair
- Grounds clean up
- Normal interior repairs
The person suited for this job should be knowledgeable, professional, willing to learn and excel at the tasks given on a day to day basis. This position will also be responsible for cleaning the community room and office areas each day while also driving the bus for the seniors everyday. We are looking for a hard worker that is dedicated to their job and the well being of the tenants. Must have a valid Drivers license and clean driving record.
Minimum of one year experience required.
