What You'll Be Doing:- Connecting with businesses to discuss their debt and find tailored solutions together.
- Negotiating payment arrangements that work for both parties.
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
- Following up to ensure agreements are upheld and fostering lasting relationships.
- Collaborating with your team to share knowledge and enhance our collective success.
- Experience in debt resolution or customer service is helpful, but a positive attitude is a must!
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on empathy and understanding.
- A knack for negotiation and problem-solving.
- Organizational skills to keep track of client information and agreements.
- A desire to work in a supportive and friendly team environment.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus!
