We are seeking a dedicated Structural Superintendent for a full-time on-site position located in Brooksville, FL. The Structural Superintendent will oversee day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, maintaining quality control and safety standards, communicating project updates, and resolving challenges that may arise. The role requires effective leadership in managing teams and fostering collaboration among stakeholders.
- Proven experience in construction management, structural supervision, and scheduling
- Strong understanding of safety regulations, quality control practices, and site compliance
- Effective leadership, team coordination, and communication skills
- Proficiency in review of blueprints, technical drawings, and project documentation
- Problem-solving abilities to resolve on-site challenges efficiently
- Experience in the construction of healthcare, academic, or historic restoration projects is preferred
