Job Summary
Looking for a Full-Time Program Administrator to work hybrid with our team and partner with our schools!
The Program Administrator position is a highly task-based management position responsible for helping to manage enrichment programs and summer camp programs throughout the year. This is a data-heavy position that requires a sense of urgency and high attention to detail.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, setting up and monitoring registration, managing on-site programs daily, and communicating with parents, school staff, and Baroody Camps Management.
While most of this role is remote, a portion of the day is dedicated to being on-site as an On-Site Coordinator, providing care and safety to students in our after-school programs and working with the program side of Baroody Camps.
This is a full-time position, with an expectation of 35–40 hours per week, depending on business needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Work remotely and be available during designated on-call hours
- Work on-site at schools during hours between 2:00 PM–5:30 PM
- Provide efficient customer service to internal and external customers, including employees and schools
- Provide administrative support to other members of the Enrichment Team
- Prepare, utilize, and navigate online registration systems containing sensitive information
- Enter paper registration forms into our online registration system
- Monitor and edit registration information for schools and parents
- Communicate with parents via email and phone within 24 business hours, with a high sense of urgency and service-oriented mindset
- Assist in preparing and delivering materials for On-Site Coordinators, including master lists and rosters
- Follow written and verbal instructions to perform highly detailed data entry
- Be flexible with last-minute changes
- Multitask and manage multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of organization
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities at the same time
- Service-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks as the day progresses
- Strong computer skills and Google Suite knowledge required
- High level of critical thinking
- Must have reliable transportation
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!

- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification, provided as needed

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 20.00–22.00 per hour
