Barons is looking for talented, professional barbers and stylists to join our established Germantown team.

Responsibilities
- Deliver consistently excellent haircuts and grooming services
- Provide thoughtful consultations and recommendations
- Perform clipper work, shear cutting, fades and traditional men’s styles
- Maintain accurate client notes and preferences
- Encourage rebooking and build long-term client relationships
- Follow up with clients when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional station
- Manage a dependable full-time schedule
- Support the overall success and culture of the shop
- Uphold Barons’ standards for craftsmanship, hospitality and professionalism
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee barber or cosmetology license
- Minimum of five years of barbering or cutting experience
- Strong clipper and shear-cutting skills
- Experience working with multiple hair textures preferred
- Excellent consultation and client-service skills
- Dependable, professional and motivated to grow
- Comfortable managing and developing a personal book of business
- Available to maintain a consistent full-time schedule
Pay: $1,250.00 - $2,250.00 per week
