Job description:
Baronet Coffee, Inc. is a family-owned roaster with over 100 years of success supplying coffee nationwide. We are expanding our team and looking for dependable people who want to grow in a fast-paced production environment.
What You’ll Do
- Operate a high-speed packaging line in a climate-controlled facility
- Pack cartons into corrugated cases, push through taper, and stack pallets
- Interact with automatic label applicators
- Perform basic machine adjustments, clear jams, and set up runs
- Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Reliability — you show up every day, on time
- Strong work ethic and ability to keep up with a fast-moving line
- Interest in machinery and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet
- Previous manufacturing or packaging experience a plus
Pay & Benefits
- Start at $18–$19/hour
- Skill-based raises as you learn machine set-ups, adjustments, and troubleshooting (up to $21/hour)
