After immersive onboarding and close mentorship, you’ll take ownership of your own caseload—from arraignment to trial. Your work w
ill inlude:
• Obtaining and analyzing discovery, forensic materials, and bu

• Meeting with clients to explore the deeper narrative
beneath te charge
• Drafting persuasive motions, briefs
, and lega opinions
• Negotiating with prosecutors, arguing motions, and appearin

• Preparing and conducting driver’s license reinstatement hearings, implied consent hearings, criminal expu

• Supporting senior attorneys in trial preparation
