As a Server your job includes:
- Serving food and beverage orders to Guests in timely manner
- Learning the menu and wine list to explain offerings to Guests
- Partnering with other Servers to ensure Guests have everything they need
- Performing opening and closing duties
- Be a team player
- Perform bartender and hosting duties when necessary
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly
- Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving concerns professionally, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction
- Uphold food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in compliance with health regulations.
Server candidates are required to have experience to be considered; upscale or fine dining preferred. Bartending and barista experience is a plus but not required, we will train the right candidate**
**Summer and Finals Week availability required (some vacation and holiday time off is allowed)**
Lunch shifts run from 10:30AM to approximately 2:30, and dinner shifts start at 4:00PM and run til approximately 10:00PM, both Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays, and these end times depend significantly on guest traffic.
