Our suite of products includes weather radars, weather data, software for display and storm tracking, and data delivery systems that ensure everyone has access to timely weather information.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold calls, email, and social strategies
- Drive sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Be a subject matter expert and evangelist of Baron Weather’s expansive list of solutions
- Produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organization skills
- 1-2 years of experience in a quota-carrying position preferred but not required
- Experience with outreach such as cold calling and emailing preferred but not required
- Previous experience using a CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) preferred but not required
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field
Location:
- In-Office or Hybrid depending on experience.
Salary plus commission
Salary : $35,000 - $50,000
