Responsibilities:
As an Appliance Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, guiding them through the appliance selection process and offering expert advice. Your responsibilities will include:
- Properly qualify customer’s needs and wants, to make strong recommendations.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers, highlighting their key benefits and value.
- Recruit referral business partners such as building contractors, cabinet shops, designers, landlords, etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.
- Maximize profit opportunity on every sale, including accessories, services, warranties, and add-ons.

Here’s what we need from you:
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Work Schedule Includes: 40 hours / week. Must have flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
