- Manage, plan, and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline objectives are met.
- Develop detailed project schedules and coordinate materials, equipment, and labor to ensure efficient and timely completion.
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for bids and proposals, considering all relevant factors such as labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor quotes.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to review project plans, identify potential issues, and propose solutions.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management and estimating.
- Extensive knowledge of construction best practices, techniques, and codes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
