What You’ll Do
Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that nurture the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children.
Guide infants, toddlers, and preschoolers through daily routines including feeding, changing, nap time, and play-based learning.
Foster curiosity, independence, and readiness for kindergarten.
Communicate openly with parents and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high-quality classroom environment.
Support classroom management and assist leadership in meeting program goals.

What You Bring
- Age/Education: Must be 18 with a High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: Prior early childhood education experience preferred (but not required)
- Requirements: Must successfully pass a background check, complete a medical physical, and finish state-mandated online trainings
- Passion: A genuine love for nurturing and guiding children through their early years
