Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Electricity and Electrical Engineering concepts and applications.
- Proficiency in Electrical Work, including installations, upgrades, and energy solutions.
- Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair, such as replacing ballasts, lamps, and light fixtures, and performing energy audits.
- Expertise in Troubleshooting and resolving electrical system issues efficiently and safely.
- Certification as a journeyman electrician in the State of California is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with green energy solutions and LED lighting retrofits is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
