Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Field Service Specialist, in Northeast Georgia / Western South Carolina area. The Field Service Specialist will be responsible for on-site servicing, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing technical support to customers. The role involves significant interaction with clients to ensure that their monitoring systems function optimally and to address any customer service inquiries or concerns.
Qualifications
- Experience in Field Service and Troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Technical Support
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Technical education or certification is a plus
- Experience with barn monitoring/alarm technology is beneficial
