We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of liquor and supplies.
- Engage with guests, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction with their orders.
- Process transactions accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, handling cash and credit card payments efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed while minimizing waste.
- Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support banquet services and catering events as required.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring that every guest feels valued and welcomed.
Skills
- Proficiency in Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Excellent sales abilities to promote special drinks or menu items effectively.
- Previous fine dining or nightclub experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Experience in food service, including catering and banquet operations, is beneficial.
- A strong foundation in customer service with the ability to create positive guest interactions.
