Outside Sales Representative – Equipment Rental & Service

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Rent and sell construction equipment, parts, and services to new and existing customers
- Manage your territory through face-to-face visits, calls, and follow-ups
- Grow long-term relationships with contractors and construction professionals
- Generate and pursue leads, negotiate pricing, and close deals
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth rental and sales processes
- Represent Barnsco Texas at trade shows, industry events, and customer sites
- Experience in outside sales (construction or rental equipment a major bonus)
- A go-getter attitude with a passion for helping customers succeed
- Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule efficiently
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Comfortable using Word, Excel, and business systems
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel locally
- Competitive Base Salary Uncapped Commission
