Parts Assistant

Parts Assistant Responsibilities and Duties:

• Enters all shipping and receiving orders into inventory system
• Inventory control- cycle counting
• Receive and stock parts in proper VMRS location
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Reconcile actual stock count to computer generated reports
• Audit data for invoicing
• Track shipments using various websites
• Responsible for obtaining any documents or information to bill customers
• Other projects/tasks as assigned by management

Other Skills/Abilities:

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with heavy duty vehicle parts/inventory preferred
• Ability to learn and apply basic use of inventory software and equipment
• Ability to maintain accuracy
• Email and general office duties
