Position Summary: The Sales Productivity Program Leader supports Barnhart’s sales organization by owning and improving key programs, tools, and resources that enable consistent execution of our sales process. This role ensures sales teams have the templates, insights, systems, and operational support they need to pursue opportunities efficiently and serve customers well.
You’ll oversee several core sales productivity initiatives – such as customer feedback reporting, bid review coordination, sales resources, market profiles, and trade show support – while working cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Market Development to continuously improve how we support sales across the organization.

You’ll oversee several core sales productivity initiatives – such as customer feedback reporting, bid review coordination, sales resources, market profiles, and trade show support – while working cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Market Development to continuously improve how we support sales across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve sales productivity programs, tools, and processes to support consistent sales execution
- Manage Barnhart’s customer feedback and Net Promoter Score (NPS) program, ensuring insights are visible, actionable, and communicated
- Coordinate the bid review process by organizing opportunity details and facilitating virtual discussions
- Maintain and enhance sales templates, playbooks, proposals, and estimate tools
- Develop and update market profiles to improve visibility into key customers and opportunities
- Support trade show and industry event participation, including logistics, sales support, and ROI tracking
- Maintain and organize the sales resource library to ensure materials are current and easy to access
- Coordinate with Marketing to keep sales collateral aligned with sales needs
- Maintain an accurate salesperson roster and support onboarding for new sales representatives
- Partner cross‑functionally to strengthen sales effectiveness, opportunity identification, and account growth
- Identify opportunities for improvement and help implement changes that increase sales productivity and consistency
- Sales teams have easy access to accurate, effective tools and resources
- Sales programs are well‑organized, continuously improving, and consistently executed
- Leadership and sales teams receive clear insights, feedback, and actionable information
- Strong collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Market Development
