Core Responsibilities
- Be the connective tissue between BEC’s operations and our technology ecosystem and understand both sides deeply enough to make them work together. (one-Community)
- Drive adoption and change management for the technology roadmap. (full-Commitment)
- Build the internal muscle so that BEC is self-sufficient regarding day-to-day system operations and process improvement. (true-Craftsmanship)
- Protect governance. Ensure people save files in designated locations and follow defined processes regarding use of technology for timekeeping, invoicing, and other business activities. (high-Character)
- Degree in Industrial Engineering preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in creating/managing work-flows focused on efficiency and systems preferred
- Understanding of technology, lean principles, theory of constraints
