Job Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for marketing initiatives, campaigns, and projects.
- Assist with coordination and maintenance of marketing materials, digital assets, and brand resources.
- Support content updates across internal and external platforms, including websites, intranet, and marketing tools.
- Help track project timelines, requests, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to support marketing needs.
- Assist with data collection, reporting, and basic analysis related to marketing activities and performance.
- Support event logistics, trade shows, and promotional efforts as needed.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as document organization, proofreading, and information updates.
- Other responsibilities as determined by supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative support role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; familiarity with marketing tools or content management systems is a plus.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to support team objectives.
