What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Support daily crane operations, including setup, rigging, and job site execution
- Haul counterweights and equipment between yard and job sites
- Assist with crane assembly and breakdown
- Perform rigging, signaling, and load control during lifts
- Work on projects involving AC units, transformers, and industrial equipment
- Operate in a mix of truck driving and on-site rigging work

What You Bring
Required:
- CDL Class A license
- Experience in rigging or heavy equipment environments
- Experience with over-dimensional or heavy haul transport
- Ability to obtain a TWIC card
- Strong work ethic with a safety-first mindset
- Flexibility to work in the field and travel as needed
Preferred:
- Experience with crane support, gantries, or heavy lift equipment
- Familiarity with jack & slide or specialized rigging systems
- Mechanical or machinery experience
