Key Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including billing and invoice processing
- Support timesheet entry and general financial data management
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems and documentation
- Provide administrative support and assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects
- Collaborate with team members and provide coverage during absences as required
- Contribute to maintaining an organized, secure, and efficient work environment
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Highly organized, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
