Tire and Lube Tech (Salina)

Job Description:
What You’ll Do:
Perform routine servicing: oil changes, fuel filters, air dryers, air filters, blowers, transmissions, rear ends, and greasing components on trucks and trailers

• Complete preventative maintenance checks using standard inspection processes
• Repair findings from inspections (electrical, ABS, air brake systems, wheel-ends, tires, suspension, gate systems, pneumatic systems – experience in these areas is a plus)
• Conduct safety and annual DOT inspections
• Use computer systems to accurately record Complaint, Cause, and Correction for all work performed
• Ensure all jobs meet quality standards while maintaining efficiency
• Follow company procedures with a positive attitude

Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Requirements

• Flexible with work hours
• Willing to work swing shift (12 PM–9 PM) or night shift (8 PM–5 AM) as needed
• Weekend on-call availability
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and safety-conscious
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic
