What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Coordinator position at Barney & Sons Well Drilling, Inc.?
Office duties Include not limited to Filing, Imputing Estimates & Invoices.
Monitoring and Ordering Office Supplies
Fielding Phone calls
Setting up meetings, managing the front desk
Computer Skills a must
Quick book knowledge is preferred but, willing to train the right candidate.
Performs other related duties as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work.
Display a good repour for telephone etiquette. Answering the phone on a professional basis.
Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers.
Accounts Receivables experience preferred but willing to train the right person.
Handles Statements for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent accountholders to request payment.
Creates reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge in QuickBooks accounting software not required willing to train the right candidate.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Very fast paced office
