Towing Manager

Barnett’s Towing LLC is looking for a Terminal Manager to oversee our Tucson Operation. Terminal Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to managing people, establishing policies, and maintaining customer satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you should be career minded, possess strong interpersonal, communication, customer service skills, able to utilize any equipment in our fleet, a confident decision-maker, and able to help our people develop and be productive.

· At least 2 years’ previous management / leading a team

· Manage the day-to-day operations

· Knowledge of DOT regulations, state and federal

· Prior towing experience, from Light duty towing to Rotator recoveries

· Must be able to multi-task

· Knowledge of business process and functions

· Excellent communication skills

· Work with sales on setting up accounts and visiting customers

· Utilize our fleet maintenance program and working with our outside maintenance company.

· Handle Customer damage claims and other complaints

· Work with our team of operators to maintain high levels of performance.

· Set policies and processes

· Ability to learn or have experience in dispatching

· Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally

· Oversee recruitment and training of new employees

· Prepare regular reports for upper management

· Provide solutions to issues (employee conflicts, Maintenance Issues, Scheduling issues)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

• towing supervisor: 2 years (Preferred)
• towing management: 2 years (Preferred)
