We are currently seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Daycare Aide/Teacher at Barnesville Daycare Center in Barnesville, MN. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a safe and nurturing environment for their growth and development
Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing a stimulating and engaging environment for children
- Supervise and interact with children during playtime, meals, and activities
- Support lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and curriculum
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at the daycare center
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's progress and behavior
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with children is preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
