Your Mission
- Travel to customer sites worldwide to install, commission, and service hot runner control systems
- Act as the primary technical contact for controls-related topics
- Provide expert support and training during system startup and optimization
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, control, and system integration issues
- Install and troubleshoot controllers, sensors, wiring, and control cabinets
- Drive system improvements to enhance process stability, quality, and cycle time
- Support advanced technologies such as valve gate sequencing and cavity pressure systems
- Document service activities and collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Project Management
What You Bring
- 3 years of experience in plastics injection molding (hot runner systems preferred)
- Hands-on experience with control systems (e.g., Gammaflux, Männer e-control, PRIAMUS)
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Experience with machine interfaces and industrial communication protocols is a plus
- Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience
- Independent, structured working style in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel globally (up to 80%)
