Our growing chiropractic office is looking for a chiropractic assistant to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, positive, and enjoys both people interaction and hands-on work in a healthcare setting.
We are a busy, family-focused chiropractic clinic serving our local community with natural, patient-centered care. Our office sees a wide variety of patients—from newborns to grandparents—and we pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming, and efficient environment.
Front Desk Duties:
- Greet and check in patients with a friendliness
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Process payments and manage basic office tasks
Clinical Support:
- Assist patients with therapies (laser, decompression, etc.)
- Help maintain smooth patient flow throughout the office
- Prepare rooms and keep the office clean and organized
- Support the doctor with basic charting or patient setup
Qualifications:
- Friendly, dependable, and a team player
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to learn (no prior chiropractic experience required—we will train!)
- Interest in health, wellness, or natural care is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be available to work all listed hours.
Hours for this position are approximately 22-25 per week.
Tuesday: 8am-12:30
Wednesday: 11:45-6:15
Thursday:7am-12:30-1:45-6:15
Summary
As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will be an integral part of our chiropractic office, providing essential support to the chiropractor and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. With core skills in patient service, physiology and anatomy knowledge, medical terminology, and patient assessment, you will assist in intake procedures, help with patient care, and maintain a welcoming environment for our clients. We are willing to train! Experience in healthcare not required. Your role will involve interacting with patients, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks to facilitate the delivery of high-quality chiropractic care.
