Position Details
Location: East Hartford, CT
1st Shift: Mon - Fri 7:00am - 03:30pm
Coordinate daily maintenance operations, lead and train team members, and develop preventive maintenance schedules. Also oversee specific areas such as equipment repairs, safety compliance, and inventory management.

$34/hour - $43/hour

Your Expertise
- 5 years combined industrial maintenance/leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions safely and effectively
- Ability to communicate clearly, follow written procedures, and maintain accurate work records
- Equivalent relevant education, training, and demonstrated competency may be considered with company approval
- Assign and prioritize breakdown, corrective, and preventive maintenance work
- Support advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and machine recovery
- Coordinate equipment downtime, repair status, and priorities with Production team
- Contact, schedule, and coordinate contractors and OEM service providers
- Identify parts, verify OEM part numbers, obtain pricing and availability, and submit purchase requisitions under company procedures
- Review, prioritize, and schedule PMR work orders, including required parts and production access
- Conduct forklift training and evaluations
- Mentor technicians, monitor work quality, and review Limble documentation
- Escalate urgent safety, equipment, and resource concerns to the management team
- High school diploma or equivalent
