Job Description: We are looking for a Tasting Room associate to join the team at our location in Woodinville! We are seeking a dedicated new employee who is enthusiastic and passionate about wine. Tasting Room Servers report to the Tasting Room Manager and are essential to the success of our tasting room. They will be expected to facilitate all aspects of the guest experience, so excellent customer service, hospitality, and sales skills are required. Weekend, evening, holiday availability is necessary. We currently only have availability for part-time positions.
Compensation begins at $17.13 per hour, plus gratuity and commission.
Job Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service
Preferred industry experience
Ability to work independently and with a team
Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
Ability to work standing up for majority of shift
Must have or obtain WA MAST Permit upon hire
Must have or obtain WA Food Handler Permit upon hire
Job Responsibilities:
Cultivate a positive wine experience for all guests
Effectively communicate knowledge of wines, winery and winemaking process
Coordinate and fulfill wine shipments
Maintain a clean and presentable tasting room facility
Communicate wine club information to guests
Assist during special events and wine club parties
Attend phones and tasting room email inquiries
