Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls
- Maintaining a professional appearance.
- Reminding clients of appointments.
- Updating attorney and paralegal calendars.
- Sending written correspondence.
- Reminding clients of overdue bills.
- Interpreting Haitian Creole to English and English to Haitian Creole.
Requirements:
- Conversational proficiency in both Haitian Creole and English.
- Proficiency in Gsuite Products
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to maintain professionalism when speaking to stressed clients.
- Ability to work with people of different backgrounds and cultures.
- No previous experience required, as long as there is interest in the role.
Compensation:
- This role is expected to pay $17 - $20 per hour.
- Candidates who can speak a third language will be compensated more.
- Benefits include PTO, paid federal holidays, employer retirement plan contributions, and tuition reimbursement.
