MEMBER RELATIONS ASSOCIATE
REPORTS TO: Director of Investments and Member Relations
BASED AT: Barnabas Foundation, Crete, IL
SCHEDULE: Full-time, 40 hours between the hours of 7 a.m.-5 p.m.
PURPOSE: The Member Relations Associate supports the mission of Barnabas Foundation by providing general administrative assistance to the Director of Member Relations and Investment Services and the member relations department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide ongoing administrative support ( such as telephone calls, basic research, data entry, mailings, assembly of materials, note-taking, scheduling, etc.) for the member relations team.
· Prepare membership proposals and agreements, as well as other documents, reports, and PowerPoint presentations, as required.
· Set up and maintain member files and records in CRM and on the computer network.
· Assist with the identification of leads for prospective member organizations and execute the prospective member marketing campaign.
· Assist in the documentation of internal processes and procedures and coordination of customized marketing materials for members.
· Assist in the planning and execution of Barnabas Foundation events.
· Assist in the processing of surveys as received for the donor survey program.
· Special projects, general member team support and/or other duties, as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
The qualifications of the successful candidate for this position include:
1. Total commitment to Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and a desire to live with Him for eternity.
2. At least three years of prior experience.
3. Extraordinary organizational skills and attention to detail
4. Dependable, self-starter with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while juggling multiple projects.
6. Experience using data analytics software for research
7. Eager to learn and use new and emerging technology (such as AI) and online platforms
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office software, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
