What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Barn Manager position at Barn Maintenance at the Ventura County Fair?
The Small Livestock Barn at the Ventura County Fair needs barn maintenance.
Responsibilities include:
-Working with children and animals.
-Cleaning up and building animal pens
- Being comfortable with the public and answering their questions
-Building and fixing things
-Helping set up and put on animal shows
This is around a 3 week job that you must have a flexible schedule for. Some days are 5 hours others are 8 hours.
- Must be physically capable of lifting over 50lbs
- Must be an extremely trust worthy and reliable person
$17 an hour to start.
