What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Team Member position at Barn Burner Music Festival?
We are hiring Marketing Team Members / Brand Ambassadors to help grow the Barn Burner brand. This role is part-time and includes both online and in-person promotion.
• Promote upcoming festival dates across social media and your personal networks
• Drive ticket sales through outreach and engagement
• Represent the brand at select events
• Share feedback and ideas to assist us as we continue our expansion into new markets.

• Outgoing and social personality
• Strong understanding of social media
• Interest in music, nightlife, or festivals
• Reliable and comfortable talking to people
• Experience in promotions is a plus but not required
