What You'll Do
- Lead the kitchen team during daily service
- Schedule, train, and support back-of-house staff
- Maintain consistent food quality and presentation
- Place food orders and manage inventory
- Keep food costs, waste, and labor on track
- Ensure recipes and portions are followed consistently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and health-code-compliant kitchen
- Work closely with restaurant management to keep operations running smoothly
- Step in wherever needed and support your team during busy shifts
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience leading a restaurant kitchen
- A calm, dependable leader who earns respect by working alongside their team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Someone who values consistency, accountability, and teamwork
- Experience with ordering, inventory, scheduling, and food cost management
- Ability to stay composed and make good decisions during busy services
