What you’ll do
- We are looking for Data Entry/Proofing Clerks whose main responsibility will be utilizing our proprietary application to match/proof and verify data.
- Organizing and proofing data to correlate with pictures, events, and services using both Microsoft Office and in-house applications.
- The successful candidate will be a motivated team player with superior organization skills and impeccable attention to detail, logical thinking and problem solving skills. MS Excel experience a plus.

Schedule and season
This is a seasonal position during our busiest school-photo production periods:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Fall season: September through mid-December
- Spring season: March through early June
