Summary:
The Mortgage Loan Servicing Representative is responsible for servicing mortgage loans and performing related administrative and clerical duties in accordance with established mortgage lending policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This position ensures the accurate and timely servicing of mortgage accounts, provides exceptional service to members, and supports the daily operations of the Mortgage Lending Department. The Mortgage Loan Servicing Representative also assists with escrow inquiries, insurance claim processing, payoff requests, and other servicing functions while maintaining compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations.
Job Requirements:
- One or more years of experience in mortgaging servicing, banking, or related customer service role.
- Strong understanding of data privacy, security and compliance standards in digital environments.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and multi-line phone systems.
