What are the responsibilities and job description for the Login/Bill-Out position at Barksdale Dental Lab?
Overview
The Login/Bill-Out position plays a crucial role in the lab process. As such you would be interacting with our customers, technicians, and drivers. This position fills many roles including approving in-coming cases for production, logging them into Magic Touch, and at the conclusion packaging, labeling and shipping those cases back to the appropriate client. You would be the Final Quality Inspection. We are looking for a person who is detail oriented, task and customer focused. We need someone with a great attitude who can communicate well both in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with our clients and technicians effectively and efficiently.
- Document phone calls and emails accurately and consistently.
- Ensure that clients are kept abreast of any change in scheduled deliveries.
- Coordinate with drivers regarding pick-up and delivery changes.
- Maintains a friendly phone demeanor throughout the call experience.
- Work with Microsoft: Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Understand written and verbal requests and instructions.
- Prepare cases for their next step.
- Prepare cases to go back to the client.
- Package, label and ship cases.
Experience/Education:
- Read, write, and speak English.
- High school or equivalent diploma.
- Previous dental experience preferred
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
