- Handle dogs safely and confidently using animal restraint techniques to ensure a calm grooming process
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by properly sanitizing grooming tools and equipment after each appointment
- Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences and provide expert advice on pet care and maintenance
- Manage scheduling efficiently to ensure timely arrivals at client locations while maintaining high service standards
- Assist with pet handling during grooming procedures, ensuring comfort and safety for both the animal and yourself
- Uphold all safety protocols related to animal handling, veterinary experience, and heavy lifting to prevent injuries or stress for pets and staff
