Who we need:
The Resident Services Coordinator is a full-time position that plays a pivotal role in enhancing the living experience for residents at Arborview Apartments, located in Allentown, PA. This position is responsible for fostering a sense of community by organizing events, addressing resident concerns, and ensuring that all services meet the highest standards of quality. The coordinator will act as a liaison between residents and management, facilitating communication and resolving issues promptly. By implementing resident feedback and promoting engagement, the coordinator will contribute to tenant satisfaction and retention. Ultimately, this role is essential in creating a welcoming and supportive environment that encourages residents to thrive.
Regular hours are 8:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. Some evenings may be required.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement community programs and events that promote resident engagement and satisfaction.
- Start and complete Reasonable Accommodations for all residents.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requestsin a timely manner.
- Open and Close Work Orderssubmittedby residents.
- Collaborate with property management to ensure that all resident services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
- Maintainaccuraterecords of resident interactions and feedback to inform future initiatives and improvements.
- Keep files locked, and update files as needed.
- Conduct regular surveys and assessments to gauge resident satisfaction andidentifyareas for enhancement.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in event planning or community outreach.
- Familiarity with property management software and tools.
- Knowledge of local resources and services available to residents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonalabilities, whichare essential for building relationships with residents and addressing their needs effectively.
- Organizational skills are crucial for planning and executing community events that foster engagement and satisfaction.
- Familiarity with property management software will aid inmaintainingaccuraterecords and streamlining communication
- Problem-solving skills will beutilizeddaily to resolve resident concerns and improve service delivery
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or community engagement roles, preferably in a residential or property management setting.
- Strong communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse resident populations.

Who we need:
We are looking for a qualified, motivated, and experienced Resident Services Associate for a residential community located in Allentown, PA location.
- What you’ll do:
- Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Facilitate communication between residents and property management
- Assist residents with service requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Develop and maintain relationships with local service providers
- Monitor and report on resident satisfaction and feedback
- Collaborate with team members to improve resident services and experiences
- Manage and update resident database with contact details and preferences
- Tracks resident referrals to community programs and other outcome measurements that show program impact.
- Builds a sense of community by providing programs and activities that engage residents and promote socialization.
- Creates monthly calendar and property newsletter with input from Property Manager and other staff as required.
- The RSC will act the liaison between residents and management, community-based agencies, and/or regional government entities while keeping information confidential.
- Provide required reports to managing agencies.
- Must assist office personnel with administrative duties as required.
