Responsibilities
- Bathe and dry pets using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Brush and comb fur to remove tangles and mats, ensuring a neat appearance.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bathing area and grooming tools to ensure a safe environment.
- Handle pets gently and effectively, utilizing animal restraint techniques as necessary.
- Communicate with pet owners about their pets' needs and any observations regarding their health or behavior.
- Assist in the overall care of animals in the facility, including feeding, walking, and monitoring their behavior.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in pet grooming or animal care is preferred but not required.
