Retail Key Holder – Full Time
Bark N Fetch is a boutique that offers natural pet food and treats as well as collars, toys, beds, and other premium merchandise for dogs. At Bark N Fetch, customers receive tailored customer service in a high-end shopping environment.
We are seeking a team-oriented individual to assist with daily operations. The key holder should possess excellent communication and personalized customer service skills. Minimum of 3 years retail experience is required with some background in supervisory or team-lead positions. Applicants must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., stand for several hours per day, be able to scale a small ladder for merchandise. Must also have a love for animals and a desire to learn about pet nutrition. Key Holder will need to have flexibility to work 30 hours per week including weekends, with a starting wage of $15.00 per hour. Key Holder Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
· Assist customers and operate cash registers
· Open and Close the Store
· Assist with receiving and entering inventory shipments and deliveries
· Merchandise inventory displays
· Monitor inventory and inform owner when reorders are required
· Supervise other associates when owner or assistant manger is absent
· Applicants must go through training provided by management on pet nutrition and stay up to date on industry changes.
· Applicants must be willing to interact and engage customers on overall pet health and provide suggestions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
