Schedule & Location
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, including one weekend day
- Hybrid: some days at our Tucson facility and some days remote
- Hourly pay: Starting at $17/hour, paid biweekly
- Quarterly performance bonus

- Sales and booking: Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails. Turn new inquiries into booked appointments, recommend add-on services when they fit, and move clients onto recurring grooming schedules.
- Scheduling and routing: Create efficient daily routes that minimize drive time and maximize groomer productivity.
- Accuracy and follow-through: Keep client records complete and correct, including pet details, grooming notes, contact information, and signed release forms. Double-check bookings so groomers arrive prepared.
- Problem-solving: Adjust the schedule when there are call-outs, delays, or cancellations. Handle client concerns professionally, and keep groomers and management informed.
- Previous paid experience as a dispatcher or scheduler
- Proven sales or booking success, and comfort working toward conversion and rebooking goals
- Dependable and punctual, with a strong attendance record
- Very detail-oriented; you catch errors before they become problems
- Strong communication skills, both by phone and in writing
- Able to manage your time and stay productive while working remotely
- Comfortable learning scheduling and CRM software
