NOW HIRING: PROFESSIONAL GROOMER

Full-Time or Part-Time Commission-Based Mon–Fri

Are you a grooming wizard who can turn a scruffy pup into a showstopper? Do you live for the “after” photo and the wagging tail at pickup? Bark Boutique is looking for a talented, passionate groomer to join our pack!

We’re a fun, dog-obsessed boutique where every dog gets the royal treatment — and our groomers get to do what they love, every single day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Full groom services: baths, haircuts, nail trims, ear cleaning, and more
• Working with a variety of breeds — from fluffy Doodles to sleek Dobermans
• Applying the right techniques for each coat type and breed standard
• Creating a calm, safe, and happy experience for every dog in your chair
• Building genuine relationships with clients (the two-legged AND four-legged kind)

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of professional grooming experience
• Strong knowledge of breed-specific cuts and grooming techniques
• Familiarity with a variety of tools, clippers, and equipment
• Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments with patience and care
• Someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely loves dogs
• Reliable, self-motivated, and a great team player

The Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday (no weekend requirement!)
• Position: Full-Time or Part-Time — you choose what works for you
• Pay: 50% commission on all grooming services
• Earning potential grows with your client base and skill level
• This is a W2 commission position.
