Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and mail.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized records and files, ensuring easy access to information.
- Provide clerical support, including proofreading documents for accuracy.
- Utilize Google Suite for scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including personal assistant duties for management.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
- Strong customer support skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in clerical tasks and administrative functions.
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
