Summary:
We’ve been growing and find ourselves looking to add to our team! Not just anyone; we have a tight crew of great people and are searching for someone special. Someone to come in and learn the ropes before helping take the reins! That means:
-efficient production of house drinks and food with a keen eye for quality
-genuine and caring interactions with guests and staff
-constantly bringing the mood up
-approaching tasks and challenges with gusto
-physically able to stand, lift, walk throughout work shifts
-all of the above for an entire days’ work

We are a small, family owned coffee shop business with a tight-knit team. We’ve been open for about 2.5 years and have 2 locations. We make our baked goods, syrups, and more in-house because we’re raving lunatics about serving high quality products. Seriously, we care A LOT about what and how we serve our customers.
What we’re looking for:
-substantial availability, weekends are an absolute must
-experience in customer facing roles dealing directly with the client
-restaurant, hospitality, coffee shop, etc. ; can be a plus
-agile, efficient work in a high-speed environment with others
-task oriented while recognizing priorities
-culinary, baking, leadership experience
-positive attitude

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
