Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Packaging Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining packaging machinery to ensure efficient production of high-quality products. Your proactive approach and mechanical aptitude will contribute to a smooth workflow, adherence to safety standards, and compliance with industry regulations such as FDA guidelines and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices). Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machinery, including setup, calibration, and troubleshooting to maximize productivity.
• Monitor machine performance throughout shifts, making adjustments as needed to maintain optimal operation.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP standards during all packaging processes.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs using hand tools to prevent downtime and ensure safety.
• Document production data accurately, including batch records, machine logs, and quality checks.
• Assist in the assembly of packaging components and materials as required for various product lines.
• Use warehouse equipment such as forklifts to move raw materials and finished goods efficiently within the facility.

Requirements

• Mechanical knowledge with experience operating packaging or manufacturing machinery.
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in automated equipment control systems.
• Basic understanding of FDA regulations and CGMP standards applicable to pharmaceutical or food manufacturing environments.
• Ability to use hand tools for routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery.
• Warehouse experience with forklift operation is preferred for material handling tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks as needed in a manufacturing setting.
