As a Processing Operator, you'll oversee key stages of the pasta-making process, ensuring product quality, food safety, and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities
Competative Pay : $22.77 per hour with $1.50 per hour shift differential, flexible 2/2/3 schedule with 12 hour shift

Processing Operator – Pasta Manufacturing

What You'll Do
As a Processing Operator, you'll oversee key stages of the pasta-making process, ensuring product quality, food safety, and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated processing equipment used in pasta production
- Set up and install dies to produce various pasta shapes and sizes
- Monitor mixing, extrusion, cutting, and drying processes
- Load and unload raw materials, including semolina and ingredients
- Make process adjustments to maintain product specifications and quality standards
- Perform routine equipment inspections and minor troubleshooting
- Complete production records and process documentation accurately
- Work closely with Quality, Packaging, and Maintenance teams to maximize production efficiency
- Follow all food safety, GMP, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements
- Assist with product changeovers and equipment cleaning activities
Competative Pay : $22.77 per hour with $1.50 per hour shift differential, flexible 2/2/3 schedule with 12 hour shift

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Food manufacturing experience is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to understand and follow production procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as neede
