Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk and phone operations, providing friendly and professional customer service to clients and visitors.
- Perform administrative duties, including data entry, typing, and proofreading documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Handle daily financial tasks such as billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks.
- Maintain and organize all office filing systems and project-related documentation, including permits.
- Run errands as needed, including trips to the post office, bank, or local stores.
- Assist with calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance office efficiency and workflow.
Qualifications
- Previous office or clerical experience is preferred.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven customer service experience with excellent communication and phone etiquette.
