- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in a consulting or technology-focused environment.
- Skills: Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Tech Savvy: Experience with tools like JIRA, SQL, Microsoft Excel, and business intelligence platforms.
